Week 10

My nausea comes and goes... I've been lucky not to have "that" kind of morning sickness. However, this nausea that makes me sick to my stomach prevents me from enjoying food. It feels like I'm eating paper, rock, sand, and whatnot. It's hard to figure out what I can eat. To tell you frankly, I would really enjoy living in Cebu right now. So I can have dinuguan, bbq, lechon kawali, buwad, manggang hilaw, etc. Ah the taste and comfort of home... and living like a princess would really help me too since I've been lazy, too lazy to do anything. I can't even bring myself to blog, but I think I owe it to my third child...

In two weeks, I will have my routine check. I wonder how much weight I've gained with all these crap I've been eating.

On the other hand, I now drive my big boy to school. I feel like a dwarf in a van! (As if I don't look like a dwarf at all, van or not). Oh, it feels surreal -- like an out of body experience every time I'm behind the wheel. Maybe another person takes over me so I get that courage to maneuver a vehicle.

My little boy is now 6 months old. He can be very sweet and can be very temperamental too! Makes me wonder where he got that from?! He is one prince in the house. How I wish I have the energy to indulge him.

Life has been pretty much surviving the daily ordeal of waking up, preparing the boys, feeding them, and such. I try to clean up and do chores whenever I can. Most of the time, I get down to it at odd hours just because I just couldn't sit on my ass looking at how awful our house has become! The laundry, well you know is always my struggle. I don't think it's wise for me to fight this battle in this delicate stage of my pregnancy. Whatever works I say! (Ukay your own clothes! Puera gaba!)

Did I tell you how lucky I am in this side of town? My kumare, Miro's ninang, who lives perhaps three minute drive away from us gives me food! Yes, she loves cooking Filipino dishes and offered to make me stuff I fancy. Should I just milk it? LOL! I can drop my boys at her place too and her daughter comes once in awhile to help me babysit and sometimes clean the house. It's already a load off my back. (She threw a birthday dinner for Mark! Hehehe! I think she knows nothing will happen in my kitchen these days!)

I hope in the next weeks my life will be eventful, colorful, and happy... sadly, I can't see rainbows as of now.
