How Are You?A

Miro, 15mos. Bye bye bottle! on TwitpicToday, Raio giggled for the first time! on TwitpicOur growing family =D on TwitpicKuya and his prize for being a good boy :-) on Twitpic

I get a lot of questions as to how I am managing on my own... oh well, I don't really know. The moment I wake up, I just trot and jiggle to the tune of my daily grind. At the end of the day, when the boys are fed, bathed, and tucked, I just know I did something right. They are the top priority, every thing else comes second. As I've said a long time ago, "chores, be damned!"...

Daily, it's like play! Feeding, changing diapers, bathing, and cleaning up must be err should be fun! It should be, otherwise it will be a constant battle. I shriek in fury because things go haywire! In my own madness, I scare the boys... just because the water or milk is spilled. Sometimes I just laugh things off and gets so laid back.

And what do you know, I am getting a massage and facial on Saturday morning. The irony is that it's Father's Day weekend. Thanks Dad! (Maybe it's not called Father's Day for nothing hehehe!) I wonder what should I give him this Sunday?!

Akio is such a darling, he keeps brushing my hair. He knows it calms me down. And he also knows that is his way to getting my phone so he can play with Angry Birds! Smart!

Miro is now 30 inches, 20 lbs. At 15 mos, he is running, going up and down the stairs with ease, noisy as ever! And most of all, no more bottle! Yay!

Raio is now 9lbs, 21.5 inches. At two months, he giggled for the first time! Although his laughs are still silent, it's about enough to melt my heart!

Day One

Today marks the first day of being on my own with the three little ninjas! So far, so good. I am surprise actually that I am so happy. Although yesterday, when Mama left, I almost cried and be depressed of being alone. But when there are so many things to do, there is no time to wallow and be miserable. As soon as we got back from the airport, I had an online meeting with our team in Cebu. When I was about done with work, I had to prepare lunch. Not complaining. It was fun to watch the little boys squeal, laugh, and giggle all afternoon while the husband and I just chilled. Went to mass late in the afternoon and made a pretty late dinner!

I woke up with a sore back as usual, tempted to sleep in... but how can I? Little one needs to change and eat, the big one needs to eat breakfast... good thing the toddler napped mid morning after his milk. I decided it would be a good day... and it was!

Did the laundry, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned the toilet, and was able to exercise! Yay! Hope I can keep up with this... I surely need all the action to lose this nasty belly (which merits another story).

Raio squeals now. His voice amuses me. He stops in the middle of nursing and looks at me and throws me this fantastic smile! Who gets tired with that, huh?!

***
Miro my notorious little prankster kissed my bum while I was washing the dishes. He found that so funny!

***
Akio, my little helper, cleaned up after his mess. He is such a wonder kid!

***
Thank you God! Tomorrow is another day ;-)
